Central Vacuum Preventive Maintenance Plans

Basic     Three times per year: $110 each ($330 per year)


  • Empty dirt canister
  • Clean filter (if it has a cleanable filter)
  • Clean filter screen
  • *Replace filter (if it has a replaceable filter)
  • Report any problems
  • Perform any needed repairs (at additional cost)

* Filter must be supplied by customer. Does not include cost of replacement filter


Plus     Three times per year: $145 each ($435 per year)

  • Empty dirt canister
  • Clean filter (if it has a cleanable filter)
  • Clean filter screen
  • *Replace filter (if it has a replaceable filter)
  • Clean inside of piping with TORNADOPOWER® Central Vacuum Maintenance Cloths
  • Check each inlet (wall plate) to insure that it is functioning and not clogged
  • Report any problems
  • Perform any needed repairs (at additional cost)

Complete     Three times per year: $165 each ($495 per year)

  • Empty dirt canister
  • Clean filter (if it has a cleanable filter)
  • Clean filter screen
  • *Replace filter (if it has a replaceable filter)
  • Clean inside of piping with TORNADOPOWER® Central Vacuum Maintenance Cloths
  • Check each inlet (wall plate) to insure that it is functioning and not clogged
  • Check hoses and attachments to insure that they are functioning correctly
  • Report any problems
  • Perform any needed repairs (at additional cost)
