I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your immediate response to my call for service to my Aerus-Electrolux central vac system which had completely stopped working. As I mentioned on the phone, the system was not that old but the installer, who I initially called, suggested it would be difficult for him to make a service call and proceeded to suggest that my husband dismantle the motor and bring it in to an approved Electrolux dealer. You arrived within an hour and discovered that all I needed was a new filter, since the old one had been cleaned, but never replaced - something I had never been told should be done.
