Q: I'm not sure if my Central Vacuum System is working as well as it should be. Can you check to see that it is? A: Absolutely. It's a good idea to have your system thouroughly checked periodically to ensure it's performing as well as it should. The larger your home and the more use the system gets, the more frequent the need. For the average home, once every 3 years is a good rule of thumb.
Q: My Central Vacuum is broken! How quickly can you get here?! A: Pretty fast! It depends on what time of day you call, where you live, and how busy we are. Typically, 1-3 days. Sometimes we can manage same-day service.
Q: Do you service all makes of In-Home Vacuum Systems? A: Yes. Well, 99.9% of them. Some of the oldest central vacuum units out there were manufactured by companies that no longer exist, so parts aren't available, but we can always upgrade your vacuum unit in those cases, which is typically a much better option, anyway.
Q: I need to purchase a new floor brush or dust brush. Do you sell accessories? A: Yes and no. We provided in-home service, so when we come out to see you on a service call, we have hoses, brushes, etc. with us in the van. Other than that, we only sell complete accessory kits.
Q: Do you sell central vacuum pipe, fittings or wall plates? A: No. Although we do use these parts and materials in our work, sorry, we don't sell parts or materials.
Q: I live in a town that's not within your service area, but I would really like you to service my central vacuum. Will you make an exception? A: Since we are uniquely equipped to handle very difficult problems with central vacuum systems in the region, we will consider traveling beyond our normal service area; however, there would be an additional cost to cover our time. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis
Q: Do you repair or sell portable vacuum cleaners? A: No. We do not repair or sell portable vacuum cleaners.
