He has installed central vacuum in 2 houses for us - the first retrofitting an older existing system and most recently in a gut renovation. Each time his work was impeccable, prompt, and both systems worked flawlessly - better than in previous homes. We recently had an issue with a hose assembly and could not use the vacuum - just prior to a long weekend and a house full of visiting family. I was very impressed with Brian's professionalism and his sincere wish to solve my vacuum problem. I had recently moved into my home and things were chaotic to say the least, but Brian arrived (on time) and immediately dove into a problem that was difficult to diagnose. Brian, the owner - who performed the service - is squared away and extremely knowledgeable about this kind of work. He worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned the work areas as he went along. His suggestion of the placement of the new port in the basement saved me from installing two (which I thought I might need) and used less materials while providing complete vacuum coverage of the entire basement. He is more repair focused than sales focused. You won't be buying things you don't need. He just gets it done right and you get what you pay for - excellent quality workmanship and solid knowledge.

Okay most people do not get excited about central vacuums let alone people who take care of servicing and installing them. Think again, Brian is the consummate professional. First of all, he called back as promised, called prior to coming to the home to confirm the time and showed up on time. Next he diagnosed the problem and gave us options. He was able to repair the system; so now, the central vacuum actually works the way it should. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your immediate response to my call for service to my Aerus-Electrolux central vac system which had completely stopped working. As I mentioned on the phone, the system was not that old but the installer, who I initially called, suggested it would be difficult for him to make a service call and proceeded to suggest that my husband dismantle the motor and bring it in to an approved Electrolux dealer. You arrived within an hour and discovered that all I needed was a new filter, since the old one had been cleaned, but never replaced - something I had never been told should be done.

What service. I called mid-afternoon hoping to arrange a service call for the next day. I mentioned I was going away and hoped to get my vacuum repaired before I left. I contacted this company because my Central Vacuum was "on the Fritz". Brian promptly contacted me and scheduled an appointment to come look at it. After doing his diagnostic work he determined that my unit had seen better days. He said he could fix mine, but rather than dump a lot of money into a pretty old unit, I would be much better off with a new vacuum. He installed the new unit, checked everything over, tested it and showed me how to clean the unit. If you are having Central Vacuum issues Brian is the man for the job! Brian checked out my 22 year old equipment and ascertained, to my satisfaction, that most of it needed to be replaced, which he did. He was very responsive when I called and came within a couple of days to do the work. He replaced the equipment, added the ability for me to use it in the basement which I had not been able to do before. He was very professional in every way, worked very neatly and efficiently and made sure that I was totally familiar with the new system and knew how it worked. Some of my old equipment was still usable, which I appreciated, as I had duplicate equipment for the two floors of my house.

Brian did a first class job checking our existing central vac system (Electrolux from the 90s). He said we could keep the existing system or replace it with a newer Beam system. There was no hard sell - we decided to upgrade and are very glad that we did! The new Beam Alliance 700TB system is AMAZING! (I'm not one to usually get excited by vacuum cleaners!) Brian also checked the pipes throughout our house and repaired a couple of loose joints at no additional charge. The cost was very reasonable - in line with what I could have purchased the central vac online for. All in all, a great experience, Brian is highly recommended!
